1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order in the BULAGGI web shop is very simple:

 

Step 1: Shopping bag
Place your product in your chosen colour in the shopping bag, using the 'Add to shopping bag' button. To complete your order, simply click on the shopping bag icon displayed in the top right-hand corner and follow the instructions.

 

Step 2: Checkout

Is this your first order at BULAGGI? If so, we would be obliged if you would complete your personal information in order to process your order.

Have you already created an account at BULAGGI.com? Please login with your e-mail address and password. Have you forgotten your password? Please click on 'Forgot my password' and we will send you an e-mail with a link for you to create a new password.

Once you are logged in you can choose whether you would like to have the order delivered to your home -or work address, or to pick it up at the nearest DPD pick up point.

 

Step 3: payment

Please choose your preferred payment method in our payment menu. We accept the following payment methods:

As soon as your order is paid, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Naturally, you will receive an update by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. What are the costs for returning?

We offer you free returns if you use your nearest DPD point.
If you wish to send your return parcel via any other carrier than DPD, this will be at your own cost.




4. How can I cancel my order?

In some cases it is possible to cancel an order. Please contact us on business days (Mon - Fri) via telephone number +31356212757. We will check if we have the ability to cancel your order. If your order can be cancelled, we will refund your order within fourteen days. 

 


5. When will I receive my order confirmation?

You will receive your order confirmation via e-mail within 2 hours after you have placed your order. If you have not received your order confirmation, we kindly ask you to check your spam folder.  If you have not received an e-mail from us, please contact our customer services via email webshop@bulaggi.com or telephone +31356212757. 

 


6. When will I receive my shipment confirmation?

If you place your order before 3pm on business days (Mon - Fri), it will be shipped the same day. If you have not received your shipment confirmation via e-mail, we kindly ask you to check your spam folder first. Otherwise, please contact our customer services team via webshop@bulaggi.com or telephone +31356212757. Please provide your order number so we can track its past or future shipment. You will find your order number on your order confirmation e-mail.



7. How long will delivery take?

Service is very important for Bulaggi. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible to the specified address. If you place your order on business days before 3pm, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Refer to the transmission report below:

Orders in the Netherlands will be delivered the next day of shipping. 
Orders from Belgium and Germany may take up to 2-3 business days for delivery.
Orders from the UK may take up to 2-5 business days for delivery.

8. Is BULAGGI's webshop safe?

Yes, the BULAGGI webstore is safe. First of all, we are proud to introduce the Trusted Shops logo to our store. Certified Trusted Shops members abide by the organisation's rules of conduct with regard to both European and UK e-commerce laws, regulations, guidelines and dispute resolution. 

 

 


9. What are the benefits of creating an account?

- Your information including address information will be saved for you. This way you do not need to enter the same data again next time. 
- Add different addresses so you can choose your preferred address in the checkout process.
- View your purchase history in your account.
- Track the order for which you waiting for delivery.

 

 

 Payment

 

1. Is it possible to pay in pounds?

No, it is not possible to pay in pounds sterling, payments will be made in euros. However, it is possible to view prices in pounds. Simply however on the UK flag (for English) and choose pounds (instead of euros) in the currency tab. 

 


2. What payment methods can I choose from?

We accept the following payment methods: 

 

VISA, Mastercard & American Express
When choosing one of the creditcard options, you will have to fill out your creditcard number and expiration date. We will also ask you to complete your CVC/CVV code. This is a 3 digit number which can be found on the back of your creditcad. Your creditcard company will approve and authorise your payment within 30 seconds.

 

PayPal
When you choose to pay with PayPal in the payment menu, you will be sent to the PaypPal website. If you have got a PayPal account, you can login with your username and password and confirm the payment. If you haven't got an account with PayPal, you could register as a guest or create a PayPal account to confirm payments.

 


3. Are products in the BULAGGI webshop including VAT?

Yes, all of our products include VAT.

 

 

4. Will I receive an invoice?

No, you will not receive a separate invoice with your order via post or e-mail. Your order confirmation can be seen as an invoice. You can always view your historical order data in your personal account. This page is easily printable. 

 

 

5. Where can I enter a promotional code?

You can apply a promotional code to your shopping bag. Please note that only one promotional code can be applied per order. Our codes are case sensitive and no spaces should be entered before or after them.

 

 

6. Can I enter more than one promotional code?

No, it is not possible to apply multiple promotional codes to your shopping bag. Only one promotional code can be applied at a time. 

 


7. Is payments in the BULAGGI webshop safe?

es, placing an order in our webstore is both safe and secure. Our payment menu is highly secure. On the html bar on your browser you will see that we use a secure connection (https). The S in "http" stands for "secure".


You will most likely also see a padlock icon on your browser. This means that we safeguard our visitors' and customers' privacy. Any data provided to enable us to process your order is sent to us via a secure connection.

2. When will my order be delivered?

Service is very important for Bulaggi. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible to the specified address. If you place your order on business days before 3pm, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. 3. What is the status of my order?

Our DPD carrier offers you the possibility to track your package and provides you wit an estimated delivery time (e.g. between 5pm and 6pm) 
Please check your parcel status here using the 14-digit track & trace number.


4. Will my parcel be deliverd to my neighbours when I am not at home?

DPD delivery staff will try to deliver your package once. If you are not at home, they will try to drop off your parcel at your neighbour's home. Otherwise, the parcel will be brought to the nearest DPD pick up point. Hence, wherever you are, you will receive your order as soon as possible. 

5. Can I have my order delivered to a PO box address?

No, it is not possible to send a parcel to a PO box address.

6. Which carrier will handle my delivery?

Your parcel will be sent via the carrier DPD.

1. What is the return period?

You have 14 days to return your order. This return period starts from the date you receive your order. Sale items can also be returned.

2. What are the returning conditions?

BULAGGI accepts returned products which:
✓ are returned completely
✓ are in the original packaging with attached BULAGGI tag. 
✓ contain the return form, so we can trace your order. 
✓ are returned within the return period (14 days after you have received your order).

3. How much does returning my order cost me?

We offer you free returning if you return via your nearest DPD point 
If you wish to send your return parcel via any other carrier than DPD, this will be at your own cost.

4. How can I return my BULAGGI order?

Returning your order to BULAGGI is very simple:1. A return form is included in your order packaging. If you wish to return (a part of) your order, please indicate on your return form: the number of products next to the designated product line and the reason for return. If you wish to exchange a product, please indicate the number of articles, the reason for return and the replacement product (article number + colour code).
2. With the return form, you will also have received a return sticker. If possible, place this sticker on top of the existing sticker on the original BULAGGI packaging. Put the returned product(s) inside the packaging.
3. Take the return parcel to your nearest DPD point for free return. The DPD point staff will provide you with proof of return. If you wish to return via a different carrier than DPD, this can be done at your own cost.
4. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse in the Netherlands, and again when we have processed your refund. We will refund your order within two weeks.

5. When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your return order within fourteen days of receipt of your returned parcel at our warehouse. As soon as we receive your returned order, we will inform you via e-mail. We will also inform you once we have refunded your order. You will be refunded in the store’s local currency: Pound Sterling. If you have not received your refund within the mentioned period, please contact our customer services team via webshop@bulaggi.com.

6. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, if you wish to receive a replacement in exchange for the returned product, this is not a problem. We can send the desired product to you. Enter the article number + colour code on the return form and we will forward the article to you. If the replacement product is not of equivalent sales value, we will contact you to adjust payment.



7. What is the difference between returning and exchange a product?

Returning an item means that (part of) your order is being sent back to BULAGGI and you do not wish to receive a replacement product in exchange. The value of the returned product(s) will be reimbursed.
Exchanging means that you would like to receive a replacement product in exchange for a returned product. For example, you have received a blue handbag with product code 1234, but on second thoughts you'd rather have the red version of handbag 1234. There's no need for you to pay twice, for we can send your the preferred article in exchange without requiring a refund. Please indicate the preferred replacement product for the product you are returning. If the replacement product is not of equivalent sales value, our customer service team will contact you to adjust payment.

8. Can I receive a new return form?

Yes, please contact our customer services team via webshop@bulaggi.com if you have not received a return form with your order, or if you have lost your form. 

9. Can I receive a new return sticker for free delivery/

Yes, please contact our customer services team via webshop@bulaggi.com if you have not received a return sticker with your order, or if you have lost the sticker. 

10. Can I return SALE items?

Yes, we make no distinction between returned items from the new collection, or SALE items. All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

11. How long do I have, to return my order?

You have 14 days to return your order. This return period starts from the date you receive your order. Sale items can also be returned.

12. Is it possible to track & trace my return parcel?

Yes, it is possible to track your return parcel if you have returned it via DPD.
The DPD service location will have provided you with proof of return in the form of a track & trace code which enables you to follow your parcel up to its arrival at our warehouse in The Netherlands.

13. Where can I drop off my return parcel?

1. At your nearest DPD point (free) 
Find your nearest DPD point by entering your postcode on our DPD point locator. DPD will provide you with proof of return containing a track & trace code.

2. At an an alternative carrier (at your own cost)
Of course you are free to choose how you wish to send your return parcel back to us. However, should you wish to return it via a different carrier, shipping will be at your own cost. Our return address is:

14. Do I need to inform BULAGGI when I want to return my order?

No, there is no need to inform us before returning your order. You can return your parcel directly to us. We will inform you as soon as we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse.

1. Can I purchase BULAGGI bags only online?

No, BULAGGI bags can be purchased both on line and in stores.  Please find your nearest BULAGGI sales point via our store finder. 

2. Is the online collection equal to the collection in stores?


The collection available online is the complete BULAGGI collection, whereas most of our sales points only offer a selection of our collection. 

3. Is it possible to obtain a BULAGGI bag from a previous collection?

Please contact our customer services team via webshop@bulaggi.com if you are looking for a bag from a previous collection which is no longer available on line. Hopefully, we will be able to provide you with the bag you are looking for.

4. Is the entire BULAGGI collection available in the web shop?

Yes, the entire BULAGGI collection can be found in our webstore. When a product (colour variant) is completely sold out, it is no longer displayed in the webstore. Please refer to our brochure to view the entire collection.

5. Where is BULAGGI being sold?

BULAGGI bags can be purchased both on line and off line. We have a number of different sales points across Europe. Please refer to our store finder to find your nearest BULAGGI sales point using your UK postcode.

6. Are BULAGGI's bags made of real leather?

BULAGGI's bags, purses and accessoires are made of PU (Polyurethane) material. PU material is hard to be distinguished from genuine leather. However, PU is animal friendly and real leather is not. So we believe we have found a win-win-situation! 

7. How can I subscribe to the BULAGGI newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter on each page in the footer.  We will add you to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
